Payment Policy - Ecosphere Waste Solutions

This Payment Policy governs all payment transactions made on the Ecosphere website and Web App (“Platform”). By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Ecosphere accepts the following payment methods through Razorpay and PhonePe:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

  • Debit Cards

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (subject to availability)

All payments are processed via RBI-authorized and PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.

2. Currency

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

3. Pricing & Charges
  • Subscription prices are clearly displayed before checkout

  • Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of GST, as mentioned

  • Any convenience or gateway charges are disclosed before payment confirmation

4. Payment Security
  • Ecosphere does not store card numbers, CVV, or UPI credentials

  • All transactions are encrypted and secured

  • RBI-mandated two-factor authentication (2FA) is enforced

5. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • Subscription activation confirmation is shown on screen

  • Receipt/invoice is sent via email or made available in the user dashboard

6. Failed or Pending Transactions
  • If an amount is debited but payment fails, it will be auto-refunded

  • Refund timelines: 5–7 working days, depending on the bank
