Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ecosphere Waste Solutions

This policy applies to all subscription services offered by Ecosphere.

1. Subscription Cancellation
  • Users may cancel subscriptions anytime via their account or by contacting support

  • Cancellation stops future billing only

  • Already billed subscription periods remain active until expiry

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Payment is deducted but subscription is not activated

  • Duplicate payment is made

  • Billing error occurs due to system fault

Refunds are NOT applicable if:

  • Subscription period has already started

  • Service is partially or fully utilized

  • Cancellation is due to user preference or non-usage

3. Refund Method & Timeline
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Timeline: 5–10 working days

4. Partial Refunds

Partial or prorated refunds may be issued only where legally required.
