Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ecosphere Waste Solutions

This policy applies to all subscription services offered by Ecosphere.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions anytime via their account or by contacting support
Cancellation stops future billing only
Already billed subscription periods remain active until expiry
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:
Payment is deducted but subscription is not activated
Duplicate payment is made
Billing error occurs due to system fault
Refunds are NOT applicable if:
Subscription period has already started
Service is partially or fully utilized
Cancellation is due to user preference or non-usage
3. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Timeline: 5–10 working days
4. Partial Refunds
Partial or prorated refunds may be issued only where legally required.
